By booking a session with The Awakened Witch and Melissa Lyon West you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment and Pricing
All sessions are priced as indicated at checkout. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change, but once booked, the price agreed upon at checkout will remain in effect.

2. Session Details
Your session will be one hour long and conducted via video call unless otherwise specified. During this time, we will work together to uncover your one goal for the upcoming season, providing clarity, direction, and a clear path forward.

3. Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of these sessions, we do not offer refunds once payment has been processed. If you are unable to attend your session, please reach out as soon as possible to reschedule.
Refunds or cancellations will only be considered if requested within 48 hours of purchase.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, we require at least 24 hours notice. Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

5. Confidentiality
All information shared during the session will remain confidential, including any personal details or goals discussed. Your privacy is important to us, and we do not share your information with any third parties.

6. Liability
While The Awakened Witch and Melissa West is committed to helping you find clarity and achieve your goals, results are not guaranteed. Your success depends on your own actions and commitment. Melissa West cannot be held responsible for any outcomes resulting from the information or guidance provided during our sessions.
